We are part of the lifeblood of Boulder County.

Just fifty small homes in all, we are diverse and devoted members of the community.

Our Mission: Tell everyone how much we love our community and our homes.

Established in 1961, the residents of this community enjoyed a quiet life outside of Boulder, Colorado, paying our lot fees monthly to a Mom-and-Pop style ownership. We were treated fairly. We thought that we had chosen a responsible way to live within our means. Rent increases were in line with cost-of-living increases elsewhere in the country. All of that changed in 2016 when our park was sold to a professional investment company.

Our rents have been skyrocketing ever since and we are now in danger of losing our homes. That is why we partnered with Thistle to try to become a RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY like so many other manufactured home parks have done in the last 15 years (343 and counting!), and which our close neighbors at Sans Souci accomplished.

With that goal in mind, we formed the Table Mesa Villagers Cooperative. Sadly the very high profit owner of this park never sold the park and most likely never intended to sell this cash cow, instead costing the residents here time and money just to manipulate us.

Even though we will probably never achieve that goal, it is important to many of us to remind the world of why we moved here in the first place. We want everyone to know what we love about our manufactured home park.

If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito in the room.
